Under Article sixteenth of the “Decree which issued the general provisions for the registration of individuals or legal entities that provide specialized services or perform specialized works referred to in Article 15 of the Federal Labor Law” the individuals or legal entities that provide specialized or complementary services (of the same corporate group), must process every three years the renewal of its REPSE authorization.

Considering that the general provisions were issued on May 24, 2021, in the current year several providers or entities must process their renewal. 

For this reason, we recommend that if your company receives or provides specialized or complementary services, take the necessary actions to renew or request its providers to renew their REPSE authorization with due notice, since providing specialized activities without a valid registration could result in fines or penalties for the company.
