MODIFICATION TO THE PROVISIONS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES THAT PROVIDE SPECIALIZED SERVICES OR CARRY OUT SPECIALIZED WORKS

On February 21, 2024, an agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation that modifies the provisions regarding the renewal of REPSE, due to the fact that this is precisely the year when various specialized service providers must renew their registration before REPSE.

For the renewal of the registration of individuals or legal entities registered in the Registry, in the platform with the web address: http://repse.stps.gob.mx, a module called “Registration Renewal” will be enabled, which can only be accessed during the period defined by the Secretariat, in accordance with the validity of their registration notice, the above in accordance with the following calendar.

Individuals or entities registered in the Registry may only carry out their renewal process on the dates established beforehand. Once this period has passed, the platform will automatically disable the renewal module.

After renewing their registration, specialized service providers or specialized works contractors must inform their beneficiaries of the renewal of said registration.

Therefore, if you contract specialized services from individuals registered in the REPSE, it is important to confirm the renewal of said registration in order to comply with the relevant obligations.
