In accordance with the labor subcontracting reform published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 23, 2021, January 17, 2023, will be the deadline for individuals providing specialized services to submit to the Mexican Social Security Institute and the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute, the information of the contracts entered into in the four-month period from September to December 2022.
